Joe Kingman, star of the Boston team, is determined to win the championship. He lives a life of luxury: he's rich, famous, and at every party in Boston.
Terribly egocentric, he spends a significant amount of time looking at himself, both in photos and on television.
But his dream suddenly collapses when an 8-year-old girl rings his doorbell and introduces herself as his daughter.
As he experiences the most important moment of his career, he will have to reconcile his VIP cocktails, his training sessions, his romantic dates with classical dance classes, fairy tales and dolls.
The little girl will wreak such havoc in the champion's life that he will never be the same again...
