Boxing trainer Sienna Lane discovers that her boyfriend, Jax, the reigning MMA champion, is cheating on her with her sister. She decides to get revenge by training the only man who can dethrone him: her arch-nemesis Kayden, who comes from the underground. This opportunity allows Sienna and Kayden to bond.
Successful MMA trainer Sienna Lane (Kiana Madeira) discovers that her boyfriend Jax (Matthew Noszka), the reigning underground MMA champion, is cheating on her with his own sister.
