Professor Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) knows that the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Mads Mikkelsen) is seeking to take control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him from acting alone, he enlists the help of magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to unite wizards, witches, and a Muggle baker into a fearless team.
Their perilous mission will bring them face to face with animals, old and new, and Grindelwald's growing number of followers. Yet, with the stakes so high, can Dumbledore remain in the shadows for much longer?
